Problem Statement:  

A automotive client was facing high BSR (Buzz, Squeak, Rattle) noise on one of the safety-critical seat latches. A need to have a higher back drive capable latches in seats.

Benefits Achieved: 

First-of-its-kind design allowed the client to penetrate new markets. It also eliminated multiple physical tests through simulation and reduced the BSR noise up to 70%. The ITC Infotech team modified the design and improved the overall driving experience.
