The customer’s application named – V3, is an integrated, maintainable, scalable
and customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, supporting best
practice processes in Trade Marketing & Distribution (TM&D) and Account
Management.
V3 has been deployed across twenty plus markets across the globe. These markets
range from developed economies such as UK, Canada to emerging markets such as Nigeria.
During the implementation (deployment), the solution is localized to meet the requirements of the markets.
The customer needed a partner to manage the Full Life Cycle Product Engineering
(Design, Build, & Testing) for the product. The customer also required a partner
who could execute and managed the Product Engineering activities from offshore.
Post the deployment of the solution, the customer also required Level 2 and Level
3 remote application support, which ITC Infotech is currently involved in.
