Independent research firm, Forrester Research, Inc., has cited ITC Infotech in its report “Market Overview: Tier Two SAP Services Providers” dated 14th July, 2011. This report overviews a select few SAP providers that offer alternatives to the former big four and tier one India-based firms which were evaluated in The Forrester Wave™: SAP Services Providers, Q2 2011, ITC Infotech was one among the eight leading tier two options in the SAP services space surveyed and according to Forrester, “ITC Infotech is a good choice for global SAP support, and it has achieved the global AMS partner designation from SAP”. The report explains how ITC Infotech differentiates; “As a subsidiary of a company globally committed to sustainability, ITC Infotech has built an SAP practice with a strong focus on sustainability and compliance solutions, including solutions like governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and EHS”.

According to the report, “ITC Infotech has particular strength in CPG and manufacturing and a mix of support as well as project-based work.” This report sheds light on how numerous smaller providers — many with regional-, industry-, or technology-specific focus — offer strong choices for firms to consider for their SAP services portfolio.
