The customer wanted to replace the manual process of records management with a completely electronic process. As the organization had achieved global dimensions, the customer wanted to build a common repository where users can store and access the needed information.

ITC Infotech developed a custom Electronic Records Management System for the customer. The main features of the system were as follows:
