Technical training programs typically include skill development for new recruits such as programming language skills, OS principles, software engineering (SE) principles and specific technology expertise related to various areas. We also have a robust e-learning platform titled ‘PROP-EL’ for our growing global workforce. Employees across ITC Infotech offices are able to access this system and undertake trainings in a variety of subjects at their own time and pace. They can also participate in assessments of their capabilities online.

Our technical campus recruits are absorbed into the company every year. After coming on board, they join their peers for an extended orientation program. The 3-month rigorous training program consists of both technical and behavioral learning sessions. Upon completion of the specific training, campus recruits are allocated to various technology practices, and their technology-focused training then commence.
