Anup Singh |
Anup Singh was appointed a Director on the Board of ITC on November 21, 1997. He joined ITC in 1968 after receiving a Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.
He was a key participant in the Company`s major strategic initiative in the mid-seventies to implement the concept of `Management by Objectives (MBO)` and has had a long stint in ITC`s cigarette business, including heading it as the Chief Executive. He has also been the Chief Executive of the erstwhile Specialty Papers Division. He is currently in charge of the Cigarettes, Information Technology and Lifestyle Retailing businesses of the Company.
He is the Chairman of ITC Infotech India Limited and its subsidiaries, ITC Infotech Limited, UK and ITC Infotech (USA) Inc. His Directorships include that of Surya Nepal Private Limited and the Tobacco Institute of India. He has been President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce.

K. Vaidyanath |
K Vaidyanath was inducted into the ITC Board on January 17, 2001. He holds responsibility for the Company`s Finance and IT functions , its investment subsidiary, Agri Business and Corporate Communications. Before his elevation to the Board, he was the Company`s Chief Financial Officer.
An MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Vaidyanath has been with ITC for the past 30 years. He has held various positions in the Company`s Finance function including that of Head of Finance of ITC`s Packaging, Hotels and International Businesses. He has also been Head of Corporate Planning & Treasury, as well as Internal Audit.
Vaidyanath is a Director on the Board of ITC Infotech India Limited, among others. He is also a Committee member of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was adjudged one of the best CFOs in the country in a survey conducted by Business Today magazine in 2005.

Anand Nayak |
Anand Nayak, Head of Human Resource Development for ITC, has been with the Company for 31 years. He has handled senior HR assignments in the Company`s Tobacco Division, Packaging & Printing Division and the erstwhile Tribeni Tissues Division. A post-graduate in Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Nayak has spent his entire career with ITC.
He is a Director on the Board of ITC Infotech India Limited.

S. Sivakumar |
S Sivakumar is the Chief Executive of the International Business Division. He has been with ITC since 1989 and had worked in various capacities in the Company`s erstwhile Agri Businesses Division before moving to the International Business Division.
Topper of the Class of 1983 from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand, he served a farmers` cooperative in the oilseeds sector for six years before joining ITC. He is on the Boards of ITC Infotech India Ltd., Agro Tech Foods Ltd. and the National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). He is also on the Management Committees of several industry bodies.

B. B. Chatterjee |
B.B. Chatterjee, Executive Vice President & Company Secretary, joined ITC in May, 1983. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Law graduate.
Chatterjee is on the Boards of various ITC subsidiaries including those of ITC Infotech India Ltd. and its subsidiaries in the UK and the USA. He is a Committee Member of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and is also Chairman of the Expert Committee on Company Law, Taxation, Corporate Governance and Accounting Standards of the Indian Chamber of Commerce.

Sanjiv Puri |
Sanjiv Puri joined ITC Infotech as the Managing Director in May 2006. He is also on the Board of ITC Infotech Inc. USA & ITC Infotech Ltd., UK. Prior to joining ITC Infotech, Puri was the Managing Director of Surya Nepal, a subsidiary of ITC Ltd. He was responsible for diversifying the operations of the company into apparel retail and exports, making Surya Nepal one of the largest private sector companies in Nepal.
Puri joined ITC Ltd. in 1986 as a graduate engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is an alumnus of Wharton School in Philadelphia.
