Our customer was using a paper based Design Change Request (DCR) process and the hard copy storage of Design History Files (DHF)
There was a need to improve communication with manufacturing across global locations, so that design changes could be managed by a workflow process with FDA compliant electronic signatures
Our customer required a better process and application to assist in managing changes and versions of CAD data and documents

Our VPN approach used offshore resources to perform the migration processing activities, instead of having an onsite resource
Review of the legacy data, its structure and use cases to determine the Data Migration requirements
Migration of Pro/Intralink 3.4 to PDMLink 8.0
