The customer intended to implement SAP covering Financials & Controlling modules and to integrate the corporate offices with other legal entities to standardize the procedures.

ITC Infotech followed ASAP Methodology, whilst using Implementation Assistant like Q&A database, ASAP Roadmap & BP Master list.

The project was executed in a dual shore model, involving development/support from both onsite and offshore. The onsite team was at customer’s location interacting directly with the Customer and the offshore team located at ITC Infotech’s Development Centre providing support.
