Upgrade and transition the customer’s existing Property Management System at multiple sites in minimum time.

The ITC Infotech team employed hardware interfaces to the newly implemented or upgraded Property Management System by coordinating with third party vendors. The Property Management System was also upgraded to the latest version with remote dial to various properties. Technical help desk support was also provided wherein trouble shooting/ escalating issues to a higher level was facilitated.
