Upgrade and transition the customer’s existing Property Management System at multiple sites in minimum time.

The ITC Infotech team employed hardware interfaces to the newly implemented or upgraded Property Management System by coordinating with third party vendors. The Property Management System was also upgraded to the latest version with remote dial to various properties. The technical help desk support was also provided wherein troubleshooting/ escalating issues was facilitated.
