A new world – reshaping the wealth management industry
The post-crisis world of private wealth management is a new one. Irrevocable changes have taken place, the chief one among them being the G-20 governments’ attempts to halt tax evasion. Many new questions have arisen: How is the new regulatory climate developing? Will cross-border private banking for smaller clients be worthwhile in the future? And how can we meet the needs of bigger clients who need tax-compliant investment solutions?
To answer these and more fundamentally important questions, leading experts and industry exponents met at the Euroforum Private Banking Summit 2010 in Zurich to exchange opinions and do away with some of the gloom besetting an industrial environment that is changing at a more rapid pace than it has done for decades.
The European Private Banking Summit 2010 included:
-
2020 vision: Global wealth management in the 3-D world
-
International cross-border private banking – the way ahead
-
The end of the war for talent - Profile of the new advisors
-
New developments in the family office
-
Money rules the world: who rules the money
- Outlook on the national and international financial markets: deflation, inflation, and what comes next
