Learning Centre

Our teams sharpen their competitive edge at our state-of-the-art Learning Centre in Bangalore, offering opportunities for competency building, continuous skills updating and training with new technologies.

This highly sophisticated centre is equipped with a range of advanced facilities such as:

• A 50-Seater Lecture Theatre
• Two 20-Seater Classrooms Synchronized with the Main Lecture Theatre
• Meta Frame Thin Clients at Every Seat Capability of Simultaneous Work on Multiple operating systems, IDEs, Application Servers

• Well Stocked Library

Boot Camps

We extensively train all our new recruits at Boot Camp, conducted at the Epicentre.

Their rigorous regime includes hands-on training / refresher courses on programming languages, software engineering, operating systems and specific distributed computing technologies.

Lectures, laboratory sessions and evaluations are conducted at the Learning Centre ensuring immediate feedback to the students as well as to the trainers.

Employee Training

We also provide both technical and general training to our employees at the Epicentre.

Technical training typically includes language skills, OS principles, SE principles and specific technology expertise.

General training includes sessions on time management, communication skills, creativity workshops, team building exercises, etc.
