In our quest for talent, we periodically visit some of the premier Engineering and Business Schools across the country. We continually recruit technical resources from various streams such as computer science, Information Technology (IT), electronic and communication as well as students from MCA and M Tech streams.
Our technical campus recruits are typically absorbed into the company every year. After coming on board, they join their peers from premier colleges across the country for an extended orientation program, giving them an opportunity to understand the business and a chance to meet the senior management. Their rigorous training program extends across 3 months, consisting of both technical and behavioral learning sessions. While the technical programs gives them an opportunity to brush up on their basic concepts and understand technology’s implementation in business, the behavioral training programs helps with the smooth transition of campus to corporate environment.
Upon completion of the specific training, the campus recruits are allocated to various technology practices such as Java, Microsoft, SAP, Windchill etc. and their technology-focused trainings then commence. These trainings are of varied durations and also include technical certifications. Post this phase, the campus recruits are deployed as ‘shadows’ on live projects, so that they receive on-the-job training and become involved in project delivery.
Apart from campus recruitments, we also employ freshers through the off-campus recruitment programs. Notifications on such events are usually put up on our website as well as in major media publications (newspapers, websites etc.). The selected candidates are taken through an in-depth training program, focusing on basic programming skills and leading to specific inputs on the technology space to which they are allocated to. On completion of training, these individuals will be allocated to their respective projects, to get involved in project delivery.
