Russ Rodal - North America Supply Chain Client Engagement Program Manager, Coca-Cola

Russ has been with Coca Cola for over 19 years and is the program manager for all Coca-Cola North America supply chain initiatives including their SAP Deployment Program, Supply Chain Operational Improvements Program, Demand Driven Supply Chain Program, and Transportation Management Program.

Russ is an ERP supply chain specialist, both from the systems perspective and a business process perspective.  In addition to many supply chain related roles within Global IT, he spent time working directly with their Concentrate Supply organization doing ERP business process coaching and business continuity planning.

He currently manages a team of around 100 - 120 associates and contractors to deliver key supply chain functionality to the newly formed Coca-Cola Refreshments organization, a combination of Coca- Cola and Coca-Cola Enterprise's North America operations. Coca-Cola's implementation of the new SAP Supply Chain Performance Metrics module falls under Russ' area of accountability and he was instrumental in kicking off and managing this strategic initiative for them.

With a BS in Information and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Russ is also a certified web designer.

Venktesh Kumar has over 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering and Logistics Management. His core area of expertise is Demand planning, Supply planing, S&OP, Distribution systems design, Inventory management, Supply chain process optimization and Business Systems management for Supply Chain.

He is a thought leader in the area of Supply Chain Performance Management and co-innovation champion of SAP Supply Chain Performance Management Solution from ITC Infotech.

Venktesh has an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, India and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
